My job entails:

• planning, reflecting & problem solving alongside established classroom teacher(s).
• providing information on student needs & behavior, pedagogy, curriculum & procedures, classroom structure & environment
• Examining lesson content & delivery
• implementing the workshop model
• being a kiosk of resources & knowledge
• providing a unique structure for each teacher’s individual needs
• a different schedule everyday working with wonderful, hard-working educators to improve student achievement
